You can contact us by using a contact form provided on our website. Your membership in the association

As a member in our association you complete a contract with us. In order to fulfill our association’s duties and according to our association’s guidelines we use the following personal data:

  • Telephone number

Your data will be kept for the length of your membership. In case of your leaving the association, we will keep your data for the length of the legal duty to preserve records (in most cases 7 years, in some cases due to the requirements of some public granting authority 10 years).

Your participation at our events

In case of your participation at the association’s events we will save your personal data, that you provide at the registration or if necessary, data that is needed for the participation at specific events.

We would also like to inform you that photos, sound- and video-recordings might be taken within our events. These recordings can be used in various media (print, TV, online) and in our association’s publications (print, online).
